Checking Of An Appeal
(1) The Registrar shall check an appeal filed before the Appellate Tribunal under Rule 25 as to whether or not it has met the requirement and register the appeal if it has met the requirement and provide the evidence thereof to the concerned appellant.
(2) If the requirement is not deemed to have been met upon the checking of an appeal under Sub-rule (1), it shall be returned with endorsement by revealing the content (reason) thereof.
